Job Responsibilities
Call and follow up with incoming leads generated through Facebook, WhatsApp, website and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and explain our software products and services.
Conduct basic product demos over call/WhatsApp.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
Handle customer queries and provide basic product support.
Maintain lead details, follow-ups and status in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the technical team for customer issues.
Ensure timely follow-up and a positive customer experience.

Requirements
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and lead follow-up.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi/English communication required; Marathi is an advantage.
Freshers can apply.
