Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) professional to join a highpriority delivery initiative on our Dynamics platform. The immediate focus will be on template and document generation enhancements within Dynamics 365 CE, alongside solution design documentation, unit testing, and demo readiness. This is a handson role requiring solid technical expertise, attention to quality, and the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement changes to template and document generation in Dynamics 365 CE.
Produce clear and comprehensive solution design documentation.
Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure delivery quality and system integrity.
Prepare and deliver functional demos to business stakeholders.




Collaborate closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices in build quality, documentation, and testing.

Required Skills & Experience
Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), with proven project delivery experience.
Exposure to the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is highly desirable.
Robust track record of delivering clean builds, robust unit testing, and wellstructured documentation.
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, demonstrating solid communication and consulting skills.
Handson problemsolving approach with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
