Job Summary A creative communications qualified who combines graphic design, content creation, and strategic communications skills to deliver engaging cybersecurity awareness campaigns that drive employee understanding, engagement, and secure behaviors.

Responsibilities
Write and edit clear, engaging copy for newsletters, articles, company-wide emails, security alerts, and presentations.
Design visually compelling assetsinfographics, posters, digital banners, and decksusing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Figma.
Create short-form multimedia content (explainer videos, motion graphics, and interactive learning elements) to increase engagement.
Publish and maintain content across enterprise channels, including SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and internal portals.
Support major awareness initiatives, signature events (such as Cybersecurity Awareness Month), webinars, and gamified challenges.
Plan and deliver creative, multi-channel awareness campaigns that simplify complex cybersecurity topics and drive secure employee behaviors.




Partner with technical security teams to translate real-world threats into practical, actionable employee guidance.
Track campaign reach and engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve content.

Skills
Positive graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, etc.)
Ability to turn technical topics into straightforward, engaging content
Experience with internal communications, PR, or awareness campaigns
Strong visual storytelling and branding awareness
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Cybersecurity awareness, training, or technical communications
Editorial mindset with strong attention to grammar, tone, consistency, and brand voice.
