About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Daily Operations Associate / Inventory Associate to support day-to-day business operations and inventory management activities. The ideal candidate will maintain inventory accuracy, monitor stock movement, support operational processes, and coordinate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain inventory records with a high level of accuracy.
Monitor stock levels and track inventory movement across locations.
Verify orders, inventory transactions, and operational data.
Support daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare and maintain inventory and operational reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory and operational issues.
Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to company processes and inventory control procedures.
Assist in improving operational efficiency and workflow management.
