Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Dispatch & Store Manager to manage inventory, warehouse operations, material movement, dispatch planning, documentation, and coordination with Production, Sales, Purchase and Accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store, warehouse and dispatch operations.
Receive, verify, store and issue raw materials, finished goods and other items.
Maintain accurate stock records, inventory and material movement.
Plan and coordinate dispatches as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
Ensure proper packing, loading, vehicle planning and timely dispatch.
Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills and dispatch documents.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase and Accounts for smooth material flow.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of required materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper identification, tagging and systematic storage of materials.
Manage loading/unloading activities and ensure protected material handling.
Maintain dispatch and inventory reports in Excel/ERP.
Supervise store and dispatch staff and allocate daily work.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety and housekeeping standards.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/Diploma preferred.
5–8 years of experience in Store, Warehouse & Dispatch operations.
Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging or related industry preferred.
Positive knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes.
Robust working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage manpower, multiple dispatches and urgent requirements.
Strong attention to accuracy, documentation and stock control.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
