Nature of work experience :

Ø Must have knowledge about Electrical, Electronics and software related aspects of Automation, Maintenance, Procurement and Commissioning of machines used in Vehicle Inspection activity.

Ø Understanding of Engineering Drawing / Inspection standards / Ability to develop Process Standards for Inspectors

Ø Must be able to understand working principles of machines and have hands on experience

Ø Knowledge of software and mobile applications Knowledge of Vehicle Inspection activities as per Standards.

Ø Exposure to controllers, robots and PLC’s

Ø Knowledge about Japanese work culture and practices

Functional knowledge of passenger cars and inspection standards

Valuable understanding of machines used for vehicle inspection

Exposure to procurement activities with equipment suppliers

Hands on experience in trouble shooting in machines

Clear & Positive communication skills.

Ability to work in a lean, multi-tasking workplace.

Ability to handle the product & situation independently.
