Job Title: dMAT Trainer

Location: Mavelikara

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–5 years

Job Purpose:

To deliver effective dMAT training, develop learner competencies, and ensure successful completion of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct dMAT theory and practical training sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
Monitor learner progress and provide feedback.
Conduct tests and evaluate learner performance.
Maintain attendance, assessment, and training records.
Support learners in resolving technical and practical queries.
Ensure compliance with training standards and organizational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:
Relevant degree and qualified qualification as dMAT Trainer.
Relevant experience in training or the dMAT domain.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Solid technical knowledge and learner-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
