Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Delivery Head at Pratiti Technologies located in Pune. The role is about ensuring delivery excellence, overseeing the delivery of software solutions, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications




Solid software delivery management skills
Proven experience in people management and team management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience in product development and delivery
A track record of successful project execution and customer satisfaction
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience in the software industry, specifically in digital technologies
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
