nRole Overview

nWe are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead with robust BFSI domain expertise and exposure to managing technology-driven projects and transformation initiatives . The role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, client management, stakeholder engagement, and leading cross-functional technology teams.

nKey Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects and BFSI initiatives.
n
Manage senior client and business stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
n
Lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution, timelines, and quality.
n
Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery governance.
n
Work closely with technology and business teams to translate requirements into successful delivery.
n
Drive continuous improvement and support strategic technology initiatives.

nKey Requirements

n

n




15+ years of overall experience with solid BFSI domain exposure .
n
Proven experience in delivery/program/project management at a leadership level.
n
Experience handling technology projects , digital transformation, or technology-enabled BFSI initiatives.
n
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
n
Experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
n
Good understanding of BFSI processes such as Banking, KYC, AML, Compliance, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services would be an advantage.
n
Robust communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
n

nQualification

MBA / Postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline is mandatory.
n
Candidates must have a Master’s degree, preferably an MBA from a recognized institution.
