Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end delivery management of OpenText technical projects including implementation, upgrades, migrations, and support.
Lead and manage large, multi-location technical teams across Pan India.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical leadership in OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, Documentum, xECM, and integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.
Manage project planning, execution, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
Drive governance, review mechanisms, and reporting for senior leadership.
Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams for technical solutioning and estimations.
Oversee upgrade, migration, and transformation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and organizational standards.
Mentor and develop technical leads and architects within the delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




15+ years of IT experience with solid OpenText Technical background.
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Program Manager / Engagement Manager.
Hands-on or strong oversight experience with:
OpenText Content Server
OpenText Archive Center
OpenText xECM
OpenText Documentum (preferred)
Experience in OpenText upgrades, migrations, and integrations (especially with SAP).
Solid understanding of ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall delivery models.
Excellent stakeholder, customer, and vendor management skills.
Experience managing large programs and multi-vendor environments.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
