We are hiring candidates for a Domestic Voice Process – E-commerce role. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions over calls, resolving queries, providing appropriate assistance, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of documented sales experience is mandatory.
Candidates with experience in Sales, Insurance, Tele-sales, Seller Support, or similar customer-facing sales roles can apply.
Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through inbound/outbound calls as per process requirements.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information and assistance.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining service quality.
Follow defined process guidelines, communication standards, and performance parameters.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and required information.
Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.
Coordinate with relevant teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
Compensation ₹21,000 CTC or ₹23,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI, based on the candidate's previous package and applicable company norms.
Significant Details
6 days working.
1 rotational week off.
9-hour shift including 1-hour break.
Shift window: 9 AM to 9 PM.
Work From Office.
Graduation mandatory.
Minimum 6 months documented sales experience mandatory.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
