Supervise electrical conduiting and wiring in flats, common areas, shafts, and basements.
Verify correct installation of conduits, junction boxes, fan boxes, cable trays, and earthing routes.
Coordinate with civil, plumbing, fire?fighting, and HVAC teams to avoid routing clashes.
Interpret electrical GFC drawings, layouts, and SLDs, and ensure execution accuracy.
Ensure marking and fixing of conduits before slab casting and blockwork.
Monitor material usage and prevent wastage (conduits, cables, DBs, accessories).
Supervise electricians, helpers, and subcontractor teams; ensure daily productivity.
Maintain site safety, PPE compliance, and protected work practices.
Prepare daily progress reports and support testing/commissioning activities.
Pay: ₹18,695.89 - ₹39,151.24 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
