About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and analytics. The candidate will be responsible for driving online visibility, generating qualified leads, improving website traffic, and supporting overall business growth through digital channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms.
Identify target audiences and develop campaigns based on customer segments.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPL, conversions, and engagement.

Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
Track campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPL,



CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

SEO & Website Marketing
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Work with content and development teams to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for posts, reels, videos, campaigns, and other digital assets.
Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and growth.
Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and platform updates.

Content & Lead Generation
Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop campaign content.
Create landing-page and lead-generation strategies.
Develop campaigns to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
Coordinate with the sales/business development team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze digital marketing performance across chann
