Job Purpose To manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of UAE e-commerce marketplaces, ensuring accurate product listings, smooth order processing, effective coordination with the warehouse team, and timely resolution of marketplace-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of UAE e-commerce marketplaces and ensure smooth business operations.
Create, update and maintain product listings, ensuring product information and related details are accurate and up to date.
Monitor and manage orders, including cancellations, returns, refunds and product removals across marketplaces.
Coordinate with the UAE warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfilment of customer orders.
Handle marketplace/vendor account-related cases, including follow-ups, issue resolution and reconciliation of relevant transactions/data.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to e-commerce operations,



marketplace activities and business transactions.

Required Skills

Robust skills in MS Office and Google Sheets.

Educational Qualification Any Degree from a recognized institution.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, online sales operations or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
