We are seeking an experienced Draughtsman with robust expertise in preparing detailed architectural and engineering drawings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software, with proven experience in KSMART submission procedures and building plan approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed drawings as per project requirements.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with standards in all design documentation.
Handle KSMART submission and coordinate with local authorities for drawing approvals.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth design execution.
Review and update drawings based on site changes and feedback.




Maintain organized drawing records and version control.

Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum 1 years of experience in drafting and detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
Hands-on experience in KSMART submission is mandatory.
Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Salary: As per industry standards Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
