Pleated Story is a growing women’s apparel D2C brand, and we’re looking for an E-commerce & Operations Executive to join our team.

nThis is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive and loves taking ownership. You’ll work closely with the founder and our production and fulfilment teams to make sure everything from order → production → dispatch → customer experience runs smoothly.

What you’ll don

n
Manage day-to-day orders and operations on Shopify
n
Coordinate order fulfilment, packing and dispatch
n
Track pending orders, deliveries, RTOs and courier issues
n
Coordinate production requirements with the Master Tailor
n
Track production, inventory and replenishment requirements
n
Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels
n
Manage exchanges, returns, order modifications and delivery-related queries
n
Coordinate with courier partners and resolve operational issues
n




Maintain daily operational reports and ensure tasks are followed through to closure
n
Identify gaps in processes and help us build better systems as we scale
n

What we’re looking fornn
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, operations or customer support
n
Solid organisational and follow-up skills
n
Excellent communication
n
Comfortable with Shopify and spreadsheets
n
Robust attention to detail
n
Someone who takes ownership and solves problems independently
n
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, growing company
n
n
