Drive the organization's vehicle safely and responsibly as assigned.
Provide transportation to management, staff, and authorized personnel for official purposes.
Transport official documents, files, materials, and other items as required.
Attend official errands such as banks, government offices, courier services, and other authorized locations.
Ensure timely arrival and departure as per the assigned schedule.
Maintain the cleanliness and basic hygiene of the vehicle.
Conduct routine checks of fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, and other essential vehicle functions.
Report any vehicle defects, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements to the concerned authority.
Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, trips, and maintenance as required.
Ensure all vehicle documents, including insurance, registration, pollution certificate, and other applicable documents, are valid.
Follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations.




Maintain confidentiality regarding official documents and organizational matters.
Assist with loading and unloading of files, documents, or materials when required.
Ensure the vehicle is parked safely and securely when not in use.
Report any accidents, traffic violations, or incidents immediately to the concerned authority.
Perform other driving and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Qualification
Minimum 10th standard or equivalent.
Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience preferred.
Experience as an office or company driver will be an advantage.
