Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow the company's online business across D2C, marketplaces and Quick Commerce channels.

The role will involve end-to-end management of online sales, product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, marketplace relationships and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage e-commerce channels including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Quick Commerce and the company website.
Drive online sales, revenue growth and achievement of business targets.
Manage product listings, catalogue, pricing, promotions and SKU availability.
Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment across online channels.
Analyse sales, marketplace and customer data to identify trends and growth prospects.
Coordinate with marketplace/quick-commerce account managers and other external partners.
Monitor customer reviews, ratings,



feedback and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
Work closely with Marketing, Development, Operations and Customer Service teams on online campaigns and initiatives.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

Candidate Profile
3–5 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management.
Experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and/or Quick Commerce platforms.
Robust understanding of online sales, GMV/revenue, product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions.
Experience in managing marketplace relationships and driving business growth.
Strong analytical skills with valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace dashboards.
Candidates from FMCG, Food & Beverage, D2C, Consumer Products, Lifestyle or similar businesses would be relevant.
