Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Transformation Executive based in Dehradun. The role involves driving digital transformation initiatives, developing and executing digital strategies, and leveraging digital tools to enhance business efficiency.

The Digital Transformation

Executive will collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation, oversee the management of digital products, and align technology solutions with the company’s overall goals.



The role also includes assisting in business development and digital marketing efforts to grow the company’s presence and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications
Experience in Digital Transformation and the ability to implement digital innovation across processes.
Proficiency in developing and executing Digital Strategies.
Strong Business Development skills and an understanding of market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing best practices and strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Experience in Product Management, including product lifecycle management and user experience optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
