We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketer to plan, create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that engage customers, generate leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate understands email marketing strategy, audience segmentation, automation, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Create engaging email copy, subject lines, and campaign content.
Build and manage email lists, audience segments, and subscriber groups.
Set up automated email sequences, workflows, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, layouts, and calls to action.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Maintain email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with applicable email marketing regulations.
Collaborate with content, sales, design, and marketing teams.
Research customer behavior and trends to improve email engagement and conversion rates.





Requirements
Experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Robust written communication and copywriting skills.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Brevo, or similar tools.
Understanding of email automation, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
Ability to analyze marketing metrics and generate performance reports.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is an advantage.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
