Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales targets for real estate projects.
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
Generate leads and develop recent business opportunities.
Handle customer meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
Maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners.
Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
Target-oriented approach with valuable knowledge of the local real estate market.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
