Ability to write required SOP, forms and check sheets and able to formulate context of the QMS and Quality Manual.
Thoroughly conversant with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and GMP standards and ability to establish required standards & systems at the plant.
Hands on in conducting Internal Audits.
Ability to support and resolve chronic system issues at the plant.
Instrumental to conduct PFMEA Gap analysis.
Robust knowledge of Root Cause analysis and corrective actions.
Should be able to drive continuous improvements.
Having problem-solving ability.
Solid training skills.
Ability to conduct Risk analysis.
Ability to drive change control.

What makes you great




7 – 8 Years of Hands-on experience in handling Quality Management System (preferably from Food & Pharma Industry)
Positive English communication Skill ( speaking and writing).
Valuable hands on knowledge om MS Excel, PPT and MS Word.
Ability to handle tough situations with internal and external customers.
Flexible / open to travel extensively whenever required.
