Conduct Replicated breeding and agronomic trials, Research strip trials (RST), Paired comparison trials, Market Development Trials and demonstrations of field and vegetable crops in assigned territory
Timely sowing and transplanting with positive agronomic practices and harvesting and threshing of breeding and RST trials in assigned territory
Establish the OFD process and generate data for advancing products, adhere to the Data submission timelines
Observing and Collection of data and trial results and reporting to the concerned persons.
Assists in collecting information to resolve product performance complaints
Locate and manage valuable field sites for Research strip trials (RST) / OFD as needed




Collect local germplasm from assigned territory and manage all farm activities and timely settlement of all related expenses
Collect Market information and variety requirements.

Education Qualification
Bachelor of Science - Agriculture
Master of Science - Agriculture
