Job Overview:
We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our wedding planning team. The candidate will assist in planning, organizing, and executing luxury weddings and social events, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing weddings and social events from concept to completion.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements, themes, and expectations.
Manage logistics, guest coordination, and in office event execution.
Handle vendor negotiations, quotations, and contracts.
Support the team in client meetings and presentations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
