The group boats a state-of-the-art processing facility located in Delhi, Haryana and Gujarat. The combined milling capacity of the group surpasses 1500 metric tonnes per day, signifying its substantial production capabilities.

Role Description

This is a full time role as an Executive Assistant at AgroPure with its headquarters located in Narela, Delhi. The person will be responsible for high-level administrative support to a senior executive. The key responsibilities include –

· Administrative Support and Communication Management

Ø Prepare and organise meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and taking minutes

Ø Maintain confidential files and records

Ø Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed

Ø Screen and respond to phone calls, emails and messages prioritising urgent matters

Ø Draft and proofread correspondence, including emails, letters and presentations





Ø Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications

· Calendar Management and Travel Arrangements

Ø Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements

Ø Prioritise and reschedule meetings as needed to optimise executive’s time

Ø Book and manage travel arrangements including flights, hotel and transportation

Ø Prepare travel itineraries

· Relationship Management

Ø Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ø Act as a liaison between executive and other departments

Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

· Solid organisation and time management skills

· Robust attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
