Events Head – Ardee Racquet Club

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 5+ years in Event Management / Sports / Hospitality

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute sports, corporate, social, and community events.
Manage events end-to-end, from concept and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, sponsors, and partners.
Develop sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities.
Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and on-ground operations.
Drive member engagement and create recent event experiences.
Ensure smooth event-day execution and high-quality guest experience.

Ideal Candidate
5+ years of relevant event management experience.
Robust project, vendor, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in sports clubs, premium hospitality, lifestyle, or large-scale events preferred.
Highly organised, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple events simultaneously.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
