Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 / Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE).
Manage and support Microsoft 365 Hybrid settings using Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW).
Configure and manage Exchange databases, mailboxes, connectors, transport rules, accepted domains, and email address policies.
Perform Exchange mailbox migrations between On-Premises Exchange and Exchange Online.
Troubleshoot mail flow, SMTP, NDRs, mail queues, and message delivery issues.
Configure and troubleshoot Exchange Web Services (EWS), MRS Proxy, OAuth, and Contemporary Authentication.
Resolve Free/Busy, Calendar Sharing, Autodiscover, MAPI, Outlook, and Hybrid connectivity issues.
Configure and manage SSL/TLS certificates, IIS, Send Connectors, and Receive Connectors.
Perform Exchange health checks, updates, patching, backup/restore, and disaster recovery (DR) activities.
Troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), DNS, Outlook client, and Exchange connectivity issues.




Perform PowerShell administration for Exchange and Microsoft 365 management tasks.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with Microsoft Support and internal infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
