Dispatch Manager –

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
Handle stock movement, inventory coordination, and maintain proper dispatch records.
Arrange and coordinate transportation as per delivery requirements.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouse, sales, and other relevant teams.
Prepare dispatch schedules, delivery plans, invoices, challans, and other required documents.
Ensure correct quantity, packaging, loading, and dispatch of goods as per customer orders.
Track shipments and follow up with transporters for timely delivery.
Handle delivery-related issues, delays, shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
Maintain proper records of dispatched, delivered,



pending, and returned goods.
Monitor vehicle availability, loading schedules, and transportation costs.
Coordinate for returns, replacements, and reverse logistics whenever required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures during loading and dispatch.
Generate daily/weekly dispatch reports and provide updates to management.
Support smooth coordination between warehouse, logistics, sales, and customers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
