Academic Counselor – Customer Support & Admissions
Handle student queries and provide guidance on courses, eligibility, fees, and admissions.
Conduct follow-ups and assist students throughout the admission process.
Provide excellent customer support and resolve student concerns promptly.
Generate references and referrals from existing students/customers for recent admissions.
Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM and achieve assigned targets.
Build robust relationships with students and ensure a positive counselling experience.
Requirements: Positive communication skills, confident personality, customer handling skills, and a target-oriented approach. Freshers are welcome.
