Role & responsibilities:
Prepare and execute daily vehicle dispatch plans.
Ensure buses are dispatched as per scheduled departure times.
Allocate vehicles and drivers according to operational requirements.
Monitor vehicle movement through GPS and fleet tracking systems.
Coordinate route changes, diversions, and emergency dispatch requirements.
Maintain dispatch records, trip sheets, and vehicle allocation logs.
