General responsibilities:

Responsible for smooth ongoing production activities of Electrical dept.

a. Planning the daily work in consultation with Plant Head b. Directing to Trainee Eleectrical Engineer / Operators / Technicians for day to day production / assembly work as per the plan and ensure correct work procedures are followed by them.

c. Monitor accuracy in all the processes and completion of daily targets & inventory d. Timely reporting to Head / Seniors on the targets e. Carry out instrument fitting and wiring as per the indent / issue instructions to technicians f.

Check

Wiring diagram and do panel wiring/ issue, instructions to technicians to do panel wiring g. Look after electrical maintenance in the company h. Develop and modify application (software programming) as per instruction i. Design & develop electrical circuit in draft sight j. Circulation of ID list & Bill Of Material to assistant Motivation, Encouragement & Training k.Improve productivity of operators by way of motivation and encouragement.

Resolving disputes among team members with consultation with seniors, wherever required m. Maintain the documentation and records neat, accessible and as per ISO standards b. Maintain machine manual records c. prepare manpower planning & utilization Other duties.

n. Supporting to Service Engineers, customers, attending sites in case of breakdowns

Required Qualifications
ITI- Electrical/Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Typically 1–2 years of experience in electrical applications, technical sales, design, or engineering.
Positive knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industrial applications.
Positive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
