Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Trainee to support the Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The candidate will get practical exposure to accounting processes, documentation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Support in preparation and verification of invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
Assist in data entry and maintaining accounting records.
Support bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliation.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory-related documentation.
Support in preparation of MIS and periodic financial reports.
Coordinate with other departments for required financial data and documents.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of Finance & Accounts records.




Assist the team during month-end closing and audit activities.
Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Freshers are eligible to apply.

Experience
0–1 year of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Freshers with relevant educational background can also be considered.
