Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure a protected, clean, productive, and patient-friendly hospital workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day facility and support-service operations.
Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, sanitation, and other facility-related services.
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hospital.
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
Ensure timely resolution of facility-related complaints and issues.
Conduct regular inspections of hospital premises and infrastructure.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with hospital safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.
Maintain records related to facility operations and maintenance.




Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth hospital functioning.
Escalate operational issues to the concerned management team.
Support emergency preparedness and facility-related safety measures.

Eligibility
Graduate degree/diploma in any relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience in hospital facility management preferred.
