Key Responsibilities Manage and develop distributors and dealer networks. Drive secondary sales and achieve monthly targets. Expand retail outlets and strengthen market penetration. Manage and guide Sales Officers. Handle collections and maintain solid trade relationships. Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Prepare regular sales and market reports.
Requirements 3–8 years of FMCG General Trade Sales experience is mandatory. Solid experience in distributor and retail channel management. Good knowledge of the local market. Proven team-handling and sales-growth skills. Own two-wheeler is mandatory. Robust communication and negotiation skills.
