Leeshore Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Logistics &
Supply Chain Management Faculty to join our academic team. In this role, you will train and mentor students, preparing them for successful careers in global logistics, shipping, supply chain management, and port operations. Key Responsibilities
Deliver interactive lectures and practical training modules on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Port Operations, and Freight Forwarding.
Develop and update course materials, lecture notes, case studies, and assessment papers in line with current industry trends.
Conduct practical workshops, assignment evaluations, and project guidance for students.
Mentor students on career opportunities, interview preparation, and skill enhancement.
Maintain student attendance records, academic performance tracking, and progress reports.
Coordinate industry visits, guest lectures, and student workshops to provide practical exposure.

Requirements &




Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics &
Supply Chain Management, MBA (Logistics/Operations), Marine Transportation, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 0–1 years of core industry experience (Freight Forwarding, Shipping Lines, Customs Clearance, Warehouse Management, etc.).
Prior teaching or corporate training experience is strongly preferred.
Skills:
Solid domain knowledge of multimodal transport, documentation, INCOTERMS, and supply chain strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in English (and local language as applicable).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
