nKey Responsibilities

n

n
Drive revenue through proactive outreach to booked clients, identifying the nature and purpose of travel (celebration, occasion, special event, etc.).
n
Pitch and convert upsell prospects including décor setups, barbeque arrangements, private chef experiences, live singers, DJs, musicians, themed celebrations, and more.
n
Build strong relationships with clients to understand preferences and provide curated luxury experiences.
n
Coordinate with external vendors and internal operational teams for seamless event execution.
n
Ensure timely delivery of décor, entertainment and celebration elements as per brand guidelines.
n
Maintain accurate event checklists, vendor details, costs, and client approvals.
n
Track lead conversions and revenue generated through experiential upselling.
n
Provide on-ground support during key events, especially on weekends/holidays.
n
Manage multiple requests simultaneously while ensuring superior guest satisfaction.
n

nKey Requirements

Graduate in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
n




2+ years of experience in guest experience, events coordination or hospitality sales — preferably in luxury hospitality.
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
n
Solid negotiation skills and vendor management capabilities.
n
Confident, proactive, and passionate about crafting premium experiences.
n
High level of ownership, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail.
n
Comfortable working weekends, extended hours, and flexible shifts aligned with guest needs.
n
