Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join the Almost Gods retail team. The role involves delivering a premium shopping experience, understanding customer preferences, providing styling recommendations, and contributing to store sales and overall brand presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers, creating a personalised and premium shopping experience.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend suitable products.
Provide styling advice and assist customers with outfit coordination.
Demonstrate robust knowledge of Almost Gods products, collections, fabrics, fits, and brand identity.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Drive upselling and cross-selling by recommending relevant products and complete looks.
Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Handle customer queries, feedback, exchanges, and service-related concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate product and inventory knowledge.
Assist with Visual Merchandising (VM)



and ensure the sales floor is attractive, organised, and aligned with brand standards.
Maintain proper product folding, hanging, sizing, replenishment, and store housekeeping.
Operate the POS system for billing and other store transactions.
Support stock receiving, tagging, transfers, stock checks, and inventory management.
Coordinate effectively with the Store Manager and team members to achieve daily store objectives.
Maintain high standards of personal grooming, professionalism, and brand representation.

Prior experience in fashion, premium, or luxury retail is preferred.

Employment Type: Full time

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
