Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Food Technologist to manage food product quality, safety, processing, formulation, and compliance. The candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, R&D;, and Purchase teams to ensure products meet required quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, improve, and standardize food products and formulations.
Monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished products for quality.
Conduct and coordinate quality testing, sampling, and product evaluation.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and applicable food safety standards.
Maintain product specifications, SOPs, quality records, and testing reports.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices across production areas.
Coordinate with the laboratory for microbiological, chemical, and physical testing.
Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support recent product development, trials, shelf-life studies, and process improvements.




Evaluate packaging materials and ensure proper labelling and storage requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of production areas and ensure process standards are followed.
Coordinate with vendors regarding raw material quality and specifications.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Support internal and external quality audits and regulatory inspections.
Train production and food-handling employees on food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.

Qualification
B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Science & Technology
B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology or related field.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in Food Technology, Food Processing, Quality Control, or Food Manufacturing.
Freshers with robust technical knowledge may also be considere

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
