About the role

We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations for a growing organization.

The ideal candidate should have a B.Com background with hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable and routine accounting activities. This role is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and comfortable managing finance operations independently.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Record and process invoices, expenses and payments
Track vendor payments and customer receivables
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate payment records
Perform bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations




Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Assist with monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports
Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal teams for finance-related requirements
Support GST, TDS and other routine compliance activities
Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries
Assist with other day-to-day finance and accounting requirements as needed

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
1–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts / Finance
Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, payables or receivables
Valuable understanding of basic accounting principles
Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
Positive attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage routine accounting activities independently
Candidates with experience in a structured company setting will be preferred
