Roles and responsibilities:
Manage foreclosure litigation cases throughout the foreclosure lifecycle.
Review and analyze pleadings, motions, affidavits, judgments, and other court-related documents.
Coordinate and communicate with foreclosure attorneys, law firms, and external vendors.
Monitor litigation timelines and ensure adherence to court deadlines and service level agreements.
Identify, investigate, and escalate legal, operational, and compliance risks.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, investor, and client foreclosure requirements.
Review legal referrals and provide direction to outside counsel as needed.
Track case status, milestones, and outcomes through case management systems.
Support contested foreclosure matters, mediations, and related legal proceedings.
Prepare reports, metrics, and management updates regarding foreclosure litigation performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including servicing, bankruptcy, compliance, and legal teams.
