Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to support our day-to-day finance operations and keep our books accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client collections
Raise invoices and follow up on pending payments
Maintain records for purchases, including import and vendor documentation
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance with our CA
Prepare basic financial reports and MIS for management
Organise financial data using spreadsheets and accounting software
Take up other finance and admin tasks as needed

Requirements




B.Com or equivalent; 1–3 years of accounting experience
Working knowledge of Tally or Zoho Books, and MS Excel
Basic understanding of GST and TDS
Accurate, organised, and reliable with deadlines
