Job Title: Assistant/ Deputy manager

Reporting To: Team Member-Finance & MIS

Role Overview : The MIS skilled will be responsible for working in MIS vertical in Bank Finance. The role demands robust accounting skills, Microsoft office acumen, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business units to align financial MIS and reconciliations.

Provide variance analysis and insights on accounting and MIS.

Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and dashboards.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership and regulators.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Solid command over Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting.

communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple priorities.

Experience with ERP systems and BI tools will be advantage

Qualifications

B.Com/CA Inter

12 years of experience in Accounting & MIS, preferably in banking or financial service
