Field Sales Executive – Pooja Products Distribution

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing distribution business for Pooja Asana, Pooja Odhani/Chunri and other devotional products.

Key Responsibilities
Visit retail shops across Bangalore and introduce our products.
Develop recent retail customers and build long-term relationships.
Visit and approach Pooja stores, religious-item shops, gift shops, textile shops, fancy stores and other relevant retailers.
Show product samples/catalogue and explain pricing and margins.
Take orders and coordinate with the company for delivery.
Follow up with retailers for repeat orders.
Identify new market areas and potential retailers.
Collect genuine market feedback about pricing, designs, demand and competitors.
Maintain daily records of shop visits, leads, orders and follow-ups.

Who We Are Looking For
0–2 years of sales experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication and confidence can also apply.
Previous experience in field sales/distribution is preferred.
Candidates with an existing network of Bangalore retail shops will have an advantage.
Experience in pooja products, textiles, garments, gifts, fancy products,



FMCG or general trade is a plus.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Kannada + Hindi preferred; basic English is an advantage.
Comfortable with daily field visits.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge required.

This is a field-sales role, not an office-based sales job.
