Roles and Responsibilities
Planning and execution of batch packing activities such as Dispensing, Line clearance.
Responsible for functioning of primary and secondary packing machines as per the SOP/BPR.
Responsible for preparation & review of BPR as per BOM & Packing Specification.
Ensuring the availability of serial number in track & trace serialization system.
Ensuring daily cleaning, machine preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Handling of Change control related to packing documentation and packing activities.
Conduct BPR activities, including change control processes.
Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines during packaging operations.
Manage bottling operations, ensuring proper labeling and sealing of bottles.
Oversee blister packing activities, adhering to OSD standards.
Coordinate bulk packing operations for primary packaging materials.
