PlugUp EV is looking for confident and energetic Business Development professionals/freelancers who are excellent at customer communication and conducting engaging online Zoom presentations.

The role involves interacting with prospective customers who have already shown interest in EV charging and taking them through the initial sales journey.

Key Responsibilities
Contact leads and customer details provided by PlugUp
Invite and follow up with prospects for Zoom presentations
Conduct approximately 4 Zoom sessions per day (45–60 minutes each)
Confidently present PlugUp’s EV charging solutions and business chance
Keep Zoom attendees actively engaged throughout the presentation through interaction, questions and discussion
Understand individual customer requirements and identify responsible prospects
Follow up with interested customers and move them towards commercial discussions and sales conversion
Maintain all interactions and follow-ups through CRM

What We Are Looking For
Excellent spoken communication and presentation skills
Confident and comfortable speaking to multiple participants on Zoom
Ability to make presentations interactive rather than simply reading from slides
Ability to engage attendees,



answer questions and maintain their interest throughout a 45–60 minute session
Solid sales, follow-up and customer-handling skills
Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Online Presentations, Inside Sales or similar roles preferred

Experience in EV, Solar, Automobile, Real Estate or other consultative sales will be an advantage.

Earning Structure
₹200–₹400 per completed Zoom session, depending on valid attendance
Incentives for verified qualified leads
Additional incentive for customers progressing to commercial discussions
