Qualification & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Typically 1–3 years of F&B; service experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
Experience as a Senior Waiter/F&B; GSA is an advantage
F&B; Captain – Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the F&B; service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Ensure proper mise-en-place, table setup, food & beverage service, and adherence to hotel standards.
Handle guest requests and complaints while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments for timely and productive service.
Train and guide junior staff while ensuring hygiene, grooming, and SOP compliance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
