Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
Explain projects to interested customers.
Generate and qualify leads and identify genuine buyers.
Coordinate and schedule property site visits with customers.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Preferred candidate profile
Female candidates preferred.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.
