We are looking for an Executive / Senior Executive EPC to coordinate production and project-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, interdepartmental coordination, regular follow-ups, and ensuring timely completion of activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Dispatch, and other relevant departments.
Prepare and monitor production plans and schedules.
Follow up with respective teams to ensure timely completion of production and project-related activities.
Coordinate the availability of raw materials, components, manpower, and other production requirements.
Monitor the progress of EPC/project activities and highlight delays or issues.
Maintain production and project-related records and reports using MS Excel.




Ensure smooth coordination between various departments for timely execution of orders/projects.
Follow up on pending activities and provide regular status updates to management.
Support day-to-day production and project coordination activities.

Eligibility
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production coordination, EPC, project coordination, or a similar role.
