Nablasol is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Document Analyst to review, organize, and process financial and case-related documents. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of financial documents, basic accounting concepts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prepare accurate and well-organized case files.

Candidates from Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Audit Support, or related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Review, organize, index, and process financial documents such as bank statements, tax returns, financial statements, IRS notices, and other supporting documents.
Prepare and maintain complete case files and financial worksheets.
Extract and compile financial information, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
Reconcile information, identify discrepancies or missing documents, and ensure data accuracy.
Track document status and case progress in the case management system.
Prepare supporting summaries and draft correspondence/documents for senior team members review.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all case-related information.
Support additional finance-related services such as bookkeeping or tax documentation as required.

Skills




Good understanding of financial documents and basic accounting concepts.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential financial information and work with large volumes of documents.

Education Experience
1 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Financial Services, Tax Operations, or a related field.
Experience with financial document processing or preparation of financial statements/worksheets is preferred.
US Tax/Financial Services experience is an advantage.
Candidates pursuing or holding CA, CMA, CS, EA, B.Com, M.Com, or other relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
