Chekhmate by Spreeh is an AI-powered wedding management platform built specifically for wedding planners. It brings guest management, RSVPs, communication, planning, and wedding operations together in one platform, helping planners reduce manual work and manage weddings more efficiently.We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our growing team and help drive sales, customer acquisition, and relationships with wedding planners across India.

Key Responsibilities
Manage business development and sales activities from lead generation to conversion
Build and maintain robust client and customer relationships
Manage and track the sales funnel and follow-ups
Conduct cold calling, outreach, and lead generation
Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and incoming leads




Handle customer management and onboarding
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with wedding planners
Track sales activity, conversions, and customer interactions

What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Management
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
Valuable understanding of sales and client management
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Experience: 2–3 years
